VBS Online is about sharing another model for making VBS (Vacation Bible School) happen in the Church. It began its life at Saint Timothy's Episcopal Church in Danville, CA., in the early 1990s, and this model of been successfully replicated in several churches since. Over the years, several churches have adopted this model of a missional approach to VBS.

The current update to the website includes the last two VBS weeks I have designed. In early 2023 I will retire from active ministry in the Episcopal Church, including VBS. I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to share this powerful ministry experience with children, teens, and adults for so many years.

VBSonline.org is a companion website to the manuscript I have written (and may publish someday!) on Vacation Bible School.

This website is slowly evolving and developing. As I find time, I am adding content; mainly the material folks have been asking for. The intention here is not to duplicate my manuscript but rather to share some highlights. Some day I may finish editing the writing project...
